| In today’s era of rapid development of information technology,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.at the same time,big data and artificial intelligence have brought challenges and opportunities to various industries.In this environment,enterprises need to constantly adjust the management mode in order to speed up the development of enterprises in order to cope with the new situation and new changes.Financial management occupies a very important position in enterprise management.Traditional financial management can not meet the needs of the development of contemporary enterprises.In order to better increase enterprise value,the key to promote the transformation and upgrading of financial management is to achieve the integration of finance and business,which is also an important development trend of today’s enterprise management.Industry-property integration is the management activities that business departments and financial departments share business data and financial data in time through information technology,and jointly make planning,decision-making,control and evaluation for the production and operation of enterprises in order to achieve the goal of enterprise value.In view of this theme,this paper chooses Haier Company,a representative enterprise in the home appliance industry,to conduct a specific case study.In the process of development,Haier Company keeps up with the pace of the times and creatively puts forward the business management concept of " Integration order with personnel ",and the development of its financial management is constantly adjusted and updated with the change of enterprise management.This paper makes a detailed analysis on the specific implementation of the industry-property integration of Haier Company,and analyzes and studies the performance of the factors that may affect the industry-property integration.In the process of research and analysis,this paper reviews the literature and theories related to industry-property integration.Firstly,it introduces the basic theory of management accounting,process reengineering,management information system,the relationship between financial sharing and industry-property integration,the path of industry-property integration and the factors that may affect financial performance,and makes a theoretical framework diagram.Secondly,taking Haier Company as the research object,this paper reviews the financial management model adopted by Haier Company in different development stages,explains the motivation of industry-property integration according to the management situation of Haier Company,and leads to the specific application of industry-property integration of Haier Company.Through the establishment of a financial sharing center,Haier Company integrates the data of business departments and financial departments to promote the re-division of labor and role transformation of financial personnel.Set up the finance of the business unit and integrate it into the independent management body,carry out the financial work to the front end of the business,and optimize the supply chain through the supply chain management platform,in order to achieve thestrategic goal of "zero working capital".Finally,according to the theoretical framework of the article,Haier company’s labor cost,management decision-making efficiency,financial risk to select the relevant financial indicators to analyze and compare the performance of Haier company after the integration of industry and property,and summarize it.Through the case study of Haier Company,we can find that the integration of industry and wealth changes the structure of financial personnel,can improve financial efficiency,control the growth of management fees and bring effective return on human investment.Secondly,the integration of industry and property can strengthen the management of accounts receivable and improve the efficiency of enterprise working capital management.Finally,the industry-property integration reduces the risk of recovery of sales funds and enhances the debt-paying ability of enterprises.In view of the shortcomings of the article,this paper expounds the direction of future research and development,and provides some inspiration and suggestions for the industry-financial integration of Chinese enterprises. |
