Research On The Construction Of Financial Sharing Center Of Construction Enterprises

The construction industry as the pillar industry of the national economy,has experienced a long period of time industry high-speed development stage,In recent years,with the increasing saturation of the domestic market,the internal competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce,In order to survive and develop,enterprises in the industry must change their management ideas and methods,While seeking benefits from the market,we should tap the internal potential of enterprises,reduce costs and improve efficiency.Financial sharing center,as a globally recognized effective means to reduce the cost of financial control and improve the quality and efficiency of financial services,has received widespread attention.At present,CRCC,CSCEC,REG and other large construction enterprises have successfully run the financial sharing center,which proves that the financial sharing center model can be applied to construction enterprises,and is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of the enterprises as well as the management transformation and upgrading.Based on the typical cases in the existing industry,this paper summarizes the construction mode and operation effect of financial sharing center in construction enterprises and affirms the future development of this mode in the construction industry.And through the typical case study of the process of the construction of the financial Shared center,combining with the case enterprise characteristics and requirements,construction goal,innovative put forward generalized financial sharing center concept,sharing the financial center is defined as a data integration platform,through the financial system and project management systems on its spending data,provide enterprise production and management all the data,for the use of demand of internal and external information demanders,not just financial data.The financial sharing center model can release a large amount of financial labor force,supplement the shortage of financial strength in the front end of the business,accelerate the process of financial integration,and support high-quality financial basic data for financial decision-making.It is hoped that the research in this paper can guide the construction and subsequent good operation of CH group’s financial sharing center.At the same time,I also hope to provide experience for enterprises in the same industry who are preparing to implement the construction of financial sharing center.
