Research On The Integration Of Informatization And Industrialization In Automobile Industry

As the information technology is rapidly developing,infiltrating various industries,the informatization of industry has been greatly upgraded.The integration of informatization and industrialization is pushing the development of productivity,national economy and society。Its effects and values has been attached great importance by each nation.Automobile industry is an important pillar industry of China,also a leading industry of national economy development.The automobile industry has the characteristics of huge production scale,complex finished products and extensive contact with other economic sectors,which needs Information technology as the supporting tool of enterprise operation management.For automobile enterprises,the integration of the informatization and industry is an important choice to improve their innovation ability and the overall sustainable competitiveness,is the necessary means to realize the informationization,systematization and automation of the operation and management process.It is a vital way to improve the operation efficiency,enterprises labor productivity and development quality,also reduce the operation cost and change the development mode,which meets the essential needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading.Based on this,carry out the case study on the integration of informatization and industrialization in automobile industry.This paper adopts the methods of theoretical and empirical research to conduct in-depth analysis on the case of the integration of informatization and industrialization in the automotive industry.Based on the PDCA(Plan,Do,Check and Action)model of Deming Cycle,this paper studies the planning,implementation,experience and deficiencies of the integration of informatization and industrialization of company B,an China self-developed passenger car company,discusses its influence to the management innovation and technology improvement,and gives suggestions for improvement.This paper points out that according to the scientific planning,company B has realized the full informatization coverage of core business,finally builds informatization into the company’s core competitiveness,providing support for the company’s strategic development.Company B shall continue to strengthen the integrated,unified integration of informatization and industrialization management,make use of new technologies to carry out innovative applications,and continuously build competitive advantages and new capabilities.The research results of this paper provides the implementation case and reference for automobile enterprises,especially the China self-developed passenger car manufacturers.
