| Nowadays,the booming development of oil and gas pipeline construction projects has effectively promoted the energy connectivity of various regions in China and accelerated the social economic development.Long cycle,complex management and coordination are the characteristics of long-distance pipeline construction projects.In the face of fierce competition brought by the rapid development of energy industry around the world,it is an important issue for managers at all levels to think about how GD company’s pipeline construction project department can improve project quality,speed up project progress and improve operating efficiency by using efficient performance management system.Based on questionnaire and interview,this paper deeply understands the performance management status of GD pipeline construction project department,then analyzes the existing problems of project department performance management.In view of the existing problems,this paper uses BSC,MBO,KPI and AHP to improve the performance management system of pipeline construction project department.Centering on the uniqueness of pipeline construction project department this paper sets key performance indicators and their weights for front/back departments and employees of the project department,and optimizes the performance assessment mode and application of the assessment results of the project department.In addition,effective measures are puting forward to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan,so as to build a performance management system that can promote the fine management of the pipeline construction project department,and provide strong support for the realization of the strategic and operational objectives of the pipeline construction project department.’This paper studies the performance management of GD company’s pipeline construction project department,which provides the direction and ideas for the improvement of the performance management system of the long-line pipeline construction project department,and at the same time has certain universality and reference significance for other domestic pipeline construction project management teams... |
