| The Project Management Department is one of the main bodies of project management.It plans,organizes,coordinates,directs and controls the construction projects,thus achieving the goals of quality,progress,safety,cost,etc.The quality of project management determines the development prospect and competitiveness of development and construction enterprises.How to truly and objectively evaluate the management level of project managers is the key and difficult point in the management of construction enterprises.Performance appraisal is the core of project management,which includes performance planning,performance implementation,performance appraisal and performance feedback.This paper has made a concrete research on how to construct the performance appraisal system for project managers.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:First,the background,purpose and significance of the research topic are briefly described,and the research objectives and research value are clearly defined.Second,the theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal and the complete performance appraisal system are introduced in detail,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the following research.At the same time,several performance evaluation methods including KPI are introduced.Third,analyze the current situation and existing problems of QD company’s project management department personnel performance appraisal,the existing problems of performance appraisal and the causes of the problems.Fourthly,the performance evaluation system of QD Company’s project management department is optimized.This section is the core content of this paper.Firstly,KPI indexes,index weights and evaluation criteria of each post are determined.During this period,analytic hierarchy process,dual weighting method,addition and subtraction valuation method and other methods are used.According to PDCA principle,the performance appraisal plan,the implementation and management of performance appraisal,feedback and interviews,results and impacts are all designed to form a circular,complete and continuously optimized performance appraisal system in the later period.Fifth,put forward the optimized QD company project management personnel performance appraisal system implementation process and implementation guarantee.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are put forward,and the innovations and deficiencies of this paper are analyzed.The optimized performance appraisal system has changed the performance appraisal of QD company’s project management personnel from the original mere formality to a performance appraisal system with communication,planning and coordination,thus effectively improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. |
