The construction industry has always been the lifeblood of China’s national economic development.With the comprehensive deepening of reform in various fields of our country,the construction industry will undoubtedly face a new mode of operation and competition,and the competitive environment will be more cruel.M company is a state-owned construction enterprise.With the gradual saturation of the construction market,the business contracting amount of M company has also shown a downward trend in recent two years.How to regain a greater competitive advantage in the new period has become the focus of attention.In recent years,the number of migrant workers in our country shows a linear decline,and the cost of human resources is also expanding rapidly.As a labor-intensive field,the proportion of human cost in engineering construction is gradually increasing.As the core of human resource management,performance management should be the starting point for enterprises to get the leading position in the industry.This paper studies the performance management system of project management personnel in M company through literature survey and interview.In view of the existing project performance management defects of M company,this paper reflects the difficulties and obstacles in the performance management process of most construction companies.From the perspective of M company’s project performance management system,this paper takes M company’s project management personnel as the starting point,combined with the interview method,accurately locates and analyzes the existing problems of performance management,and pertinently uses the advanced theories and tools of management to solve the corresponding problems.This paper starts from six aspects.Firstly,it summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of this study,and clarifies the research ideas and research contents.From the second part,it explains the professional terms involved in the full text to pave the way for the writing of the following articles.It mainly introduces the connotation and significance of performance management,the content of performance management and the related tools of performance appraisal In order to lay the theoretical foundation for the following;in the third part,according to the enterprise situation of M company,the performance management situation of project management personnel is analyzed,and the interview survey design is carried out,and then the problems existing in the process of performance management are drawn out;the fourth part is the most important section of this paper,Through the performance plan,performance monitoring,performance appraisal,performance results application and feedback four aspects of all-round optimization.The fifth part describes the corresponding safeguard measures for the optimized performance management system,mainly through the management system,corporate culture,feedback and training mechanism and other measures to ensure the operation of the scheme;the last part is the overall summary of the optimized scheme. |
