As a heart of aircraft,the performance of the engine determines the power of the whole flight.Jointly adjusting mechanism of Variable stator vane(VSV)taking as an important engine control system,it play an important role in the engine airflow input.Meanwhile,the mechanism also has an important influence on engine surge.At present,the optimization of jointly adjusting mechanism is gradually emphasized,and many problems still need to be improved.For example,most of the optimization results are obtained by the experimental methods,it’s not intelligent.Aiming at the problems existing in the research of jointly adjusting mechanism,a new type of aero-engine jointly adjusting mechanism of VSV is chosen to optimize.The research carried out in this title is as follows:(1)A research project that rod breaking method is applied to establish theoretical mathematical model of jointly adjustment mechanism is presented.The methods of rod breaking method are applied to establish mathematical model of jointly adjusting mechanism.The model is calculated to obtain the lengths and angles of crank.The project provides a theoretical method to optimize jointly adjusting mechanism.(2)A experimental research project that jointly adjusting mechanism of VSV automatically is optimized is presented.Optimization experiment module of ADAMS is applied to optimize jointly adjusting mechanism of VSV,and the results of optimization experiment are obtained.The results are observed to obtain optimum design variables.The optimum crank is obtained with calculating design variables.(3)A system development project that jointly adjusting mechanism of VSV automatically is optimized is presented.The system is based on secondary development of UG.The designer inputs parameters to the system interface.The mechanism automatically is optimized.The system automatically judges the result of optimization.It leads results of optimization to close to the optimal values.The optimal values and the values of each simulation are displayed directly in the interface.The optimization system realizes the automation of the optimization process.It’s an intelligent automatic optimization method.(4)Compared with three methods mentioned above,the system based on secondary development of UG,is able to efficiently optimize jointly adjusting mechanism.And it obtains ideal optimization result.The method is more advanced than two other methods.Finally,the advancement of research methods is analysed.Future research emphases in the field are given.
