The subjectidentifies the metrical discrete numerical value sequence which is simulated byMLAB, discusses arisen problems and resolvents When identifying theoreticalequaion of transition curve in the use of thc least squars method and raises newvieWPoint. In general, in the course of dealing with the data, the least squares method isadopted. But when identifying theoretical equation of transition curve in use of the leastsquares method, comes forth some questions and has defects, for exampIes, It is difficultto differentiate two types of theoretical transition curves whose residual error curveAP = f(9) is distributed symmetrically symmetrically and its quadratic sum are equalaPproximately, the position of theoretical transition curve is anamorphic, c[lttingdirection can not be confirmed and so on. So must research a kind of new means toidentify theoretical equation of transition curve in the stator curve of sliding vane pump.In this paPef, a sort of new method is brought forward--analysis of residual erroL Itcompares the distributing ruIes of residual ermr curve ap = f(p) with fom1ative errordistributing rules of regarding all sorts of curves as inputting signal and of cuttingprinciple and judges exactly theoretical equation of transition, direction of cutting and soon. Analysis of residual ermr can gets rid of machining error influencing onidentification result.In this paPer, author also discusses P. how to take numerical value. P, is angleby the length circle of stator curve in the sliding vane pump. According to results ofidentification in the stator curve of high pressure sliding vane pump 35VQ which ismanufactured by Anerican company Vikers, It is unneceSSary tO add 6" ~8' tol because there is atresic angle on the port plate.
