Continuous belt conveyor has become the important equipment in tunnel engineering mucking transport system,compared with the traditional way of mucking,continuous belt conveyor with long conveying distance,high speed,large transportation capacity and small pollution characteristics.Currently,reducing the energy consumption of the conveying system has become an important development direction,and reducing the running resistance of the continuous belt conveyor is the most important method,so the calculation and analysis of the running resistance play an important role in the design of continuous belt conveyor of tunnel engineering.Continuous belt conveyor of indentation rolling resistance mainly depends on the viscoelastic properties of conveyor belt cover material,this paper studied on the viscoelasticity of conveyor belt cover material.According to the DMA test results and time temperature superposition principle,the master curves of the storage modulus and loss modulus of the material are derived.A parametric mathematical model of the relationship between the storage modulus,the loss modulus of the material and the frequency is established by using the generalized Maxwell model.According to the genetic algorithm theory,the calculation method of the model parameters is given,and the characteristic parameters of the generalized Maxwell model are determined,so to accurately describe the dynamic viscoelastic properties of conveyor belt cover material.According to the generalized Maxwell model,the mathematical model of the indentation rolling resistance of the conveyor belt is established,and the indentation rolling resistance coefficient is calculated.The influence of temperature,load,running speed of conveyor belt,thickness of conveyor belt cover layer and diameter of idler on indentation rolling resistance is analyzed.According to the structural characteristics of the troughing idler,the load distribution of the conveyor belt and the material in the troughing idler is given,and the theoretical calculation method for the indentation rolling resistance of the troughing idler is deduced.The three-parameter Maxwell solid model,the Jonkers calculation method and the QC-N calculation method is used to calculate the indentation rolling resistance coefficient respectively.Based on the calculation results,the correctness of the indentation rolling resistance calculation method of the generalized Maxwell model is proved.Using Visual Basic.NET programming language to develop the indentation rolling resistance calculation system,calculation system to analyze the viscoelastic properties of conveyor belt cover material,calculation software can also accurately and efficiently calculate the indentation rolling resistance,and draw the relationship curve between the factors and the resistance.The resistance of running resistance of continuous belt conveyor is studied.The theoretical calculation methods of main resistance,additional resistance,lifting resistance and special resistance are determined,and the calculation method of the total running resistance of continuous belt conveyor is determined.According to the structure of the belt storage magazine,the calculation method of the resistance in the belt storage magazine is given.
