Research On The Quality Management Of SGE Engine For SAIC Motor

Since the 21st century,China’s automobile production and sales increasing.But,our country automobile industry independent innovation ability are relatively weak,relative to the vehicle research and development,the automobile engine research and development has become the primary factor restricting the development of our country automobile independent brand.Automobile engine product development project management method is a complicated system engineering,a scientific and reasonable project management method is the basis of research and development of high quality,efficient automobile engine products.Abroad,the automotive industry has become a typical industries,successful application of project management in developed countries such as Europe and the United States,the big car companies,even has already formed the optimized designed for automotive industry standard processes and methods of project management.But in the domestic project management is only a preliminary application in automobile product development,is still in the exploration and the early stage.First of all,this article to SAIC SGE engine research and development project as the background,apply project management in the quality plan,quality control and quality improvement of related basic theory,combined with SAIC GPDP powertrain research and development process and related quality control method of application,by setting the quality goals,identify,and determine the customer demand,research and development,product features,development process and determine the process control steps to achieve project goals.The SGE engine research and development project goal achieved theoretical guidance is proposed.Secondly,this paper by utilizing the method of DFMEA,guarantee the maximum in the early stages of the product,to identify potential defects and take preventive measures.Through the use of quality awareness work method(PQ)to identify customer needs,improve the perceived quality level of the product.By using the IPTV target control method,mastered the quality change trend,the main quality problem is determined.At the same time,the use of the product quality control process and parts quality control process,to ensure the quality of project research and development of a project quality plan requirements.Final,by combining SAIC SGE engine research and development projects,this paper demonstrates the after the implementation of the above methods,improve the efficiency of the project research and development and product quality,decrease the cost of the project research and development,for its future vehicle research and development of project man-agement provides guidance and advice.
