HY Fabricated Building Project Schedule And Control

In recent years,China has actively explored the development of prefabricated buildings.So what is prefabricated buildings?The building assembled on the site with prefabricated parts is an assembly building.For the construction industry,the continuous development of assembly building has greatly changed the construction mode of the construction industry.On the one hand,assembly building can improve the safety level and production efficiency,and promote the deepening development of the construction industry.On the other hand,the continuous development of assembly building can also effectively save resources and reduce pollution,and it can also efectively and rapidly promote the development of new urbanization.Prefabricated construction is gradually replacing the traditional cast-in-situ technology architecture,but relative to the assembled project of large,prefabricated engineering project management mode is carried out in accordance with the traditional pattern,and so ascension prefabricated construction project management level,to promote the progress of our country building industrialization plays an important role.The first step of this paper is to understand the HY assembly building project.First of all,I have read the domestic and foreign researches on this technology to better understand the development background of this project.Secondly,the purpose and significance of studying HY assembly building project are further understood through the background research.Finally,the related project progress control theory is researched and developed.The second step is to further understand the work tasks of HY assembly housing project,and use WBS to decompose the project to form the responsibility matrix.Based on time,the logical arrangement is made for the project tasks,and then to estimate project time,draw the corresponding gantt chart,then a series of data integration into a network diagram,identify the key circuits,the last step is to study how to optimize the formulation of the plan.In the process of project,through the study of the dynamic monitoring of project progress,for data acquisition,and then find the deviation,and some modest adjustments to its,and from the technical economic,construction management,organization,four aspects of the project schedule control guarantee measures are put forward,and then the corresponding conclusions,make a vision for the future of the project.Throughout the HY fabricated in the study of project progress plan and control,both of operable method for adjustment of the project,or if the construction of the similar projects can learn from a certain amount of experience.
