At present,China is in an important period of comprehensively deepening reform,deepening the administration according to law,and accelerating the construction of the rule of law government.The data show that the total output value of the construction industry in 2016 is more than 20 trillion,of which the completion of residential completion in 2014-2016 years is more than 2 billion 800 million square meters for four years,and the construction industry is still in a rapid growth trend.At the same time,the concentration of real estate industry in the year of 2015-2018 year is increasing year by year,the scale efficiency is more and more obvious,the resource investment of the leading housing enterprises is declining,the level of management and control is continuously improved,the superposition and investment and other incentive mechanisms are perfected,and the turnover level of the house enterprise has been obviously improved.How to strengthen the progress control and management of real estate projects to help the real estate enterprises to speed up the return of funds and reduce the risk is a realistic problem for every real estate developer.Taking the real estate project developed by G as an example,this paper first introduces the characteristics and basic theories of the progress management of the real estate project,and briefly summarizes the general situation of the case XX project and the progress goal of this case,and then uses the WBS work decomposition method to sort out the key points of the progress control of the XX project,and adopts the Gantt chart method.And earned value method to compare the actual progress and plan progress in the process of construction,find out the key factors and reasons that affect the progress deviation,and finally put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation and control of the construction progress of XX project,from the organizational measures,technical measures,materials and equipment measures,economic rewards and penalties for skillful and gas.In the five aspects of waiting for construction measures,it puts forward the rectification and safeguard measures of project progress management.This paper takes the project schedule management as the ultimate goal.According to the characteristics of the U software company project,the WBS,Gantt chart,and critical path method are used to find out the critical path math for project implementation,focusing on the project schedule control.The aim is to put forward an optimization plan for U company project management,reduce project costs,gain competitive advantage and profit breakthrough points,and provide reference for other small and medium-sized software companies.In this paper,the final goal is to optimize the completed completion node of the developer.In view of the characteristics of the case,the WBS work structure decomposition,Gantt chart and key path method are used to find the key path of the project implementation,focusing on the project schedule control.The aim is to optimize the project schedule management of G company.The research in this paper can be used as reference for other real estate enterprises.
