| The instrument panel integrates a variety of instruments,screens,buttons,control and display functions,etc.It is the most complex and important assembly part of car interior design.The design of the instrument panel needs to consider various factors such as shape,material,function,and man-machine.Therefore,the quality of the design directly affects the driver’s comfort and driving safety.At the same time,in order to meet the increasing quality requirements of customers,major vehicle companies have also put forward higher requirements for the preliminary research,design,and review of dashboards.Applying the concept of perceived quality to the research and development process of automobile dashboards,the design,functional layout and quality evaluation of dashboards are truly based on the actual perception of users.Perceived quality evaluation methods run through the entire product life cycle,with more diverse evaluators,and the results obtained using this evaluation method are closer to the true feelings of consumers.This article summarizes the related static perception quality evaluation theory and methods,and clarifies the application process of the dashboard static perception quality evaluation system.The introduction of the quality house model of quality function deployment,and the application of the perceptual quality evaluation method are helpful for the user analysis and the introduction of competitive car evaluation results in the quality house model.Based on market research results,user needs analysis and expert experience,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the dimensions of its evaluation system.Use the SPSS software to process the obtained data and analyze the correlation between the data to determine the availability of the data.The weights of different dimensions relative to the whole are obtained through calculation,so as to determine the degree of influence of each dimension on the perceived quality system,among which the dimensions with larger influencing factors are appearance,operation,and ergonomics,which provide improved dashboard perception quality.Optimization direction,as input information and design basis for conceptual design.At last,six evaluation dimensions are established,which are consistent with validity and reliability in this paper,and a relatively perfect static perception quality evaluation system for the dashboard is formed;Finally,taking the design of the dashboard of a certain model as an example,the method of perceived quality evaluation is used to achieve the goal setting and perceived quality priority setting in the development process,which provides a strong basis for designing a solution that meets customer’s needs. |
