| Centrifugal compressors are important in industry and are key production tools in many important industries and are also one of the criteria for measuring the productivity of a country.With the rapid development of science and technology,industrial level,the scale of production of human society is more and more big,in this context towards large scale,motors,centrifugal compressor,put forward higher requirements on the performance of centrifugal compressor.Impeller as a core component,by the fluid in the process of running load,the centrifugal force load and so on a variety of different load combination,easy to damage,at the same time produce intense vibrations,resonance occurs,even failure,caused economic losses and casualties.In order to cause a failure occurs in the impeller and prevent the happening of the fault,in order to optimize the impeller design,also improving the safety and efficiency of the impeller,this paper studies the working state mean field distribution of the centrifugal compressor impeller and performance under different working conditions,and at the same time analysis the vibration characteristic of the fluid-structure coupling under the action of the impeller,and impeller in the working status of vibrating situation has carried on the experiment test,the specific content of this paper is as follows:(1)the characteristics of fluid motion are analyzed,and the method of numerical simulation of leaf rotational solid coupling is studied.The fluid control equation is derived and the suitable fluid calculation model is selected according to the actual conditions of the impeller,and the application simulation software suitable for this paper is selected.(2)according to the size of centrifugal compressor impeller,the impeller model is drawn using the ANSYS Workbench software and the 3d drawing software Solidworks.The impeller model is complete and accurate;Single channel flow field of impeller is established,on the impeller and the flow field grid division and physical definition,provided by using CFD simulation software CFX calculation and solving the internal flow field of impeller,the compressor work condition is obtained within the impeller fluid pressure distribution and the law of the velocity of flow;The influence of different working conditions on impeller performance was analyzed,and the outlet pressure and work efficiency of impeller in different blade number,different blade tip clearance and different flow rate were obtained.It is found that there is a optimum number of leaves and flow to make the impeller more efficient.(3)according to the practical work of centrifugal compressor impeller,the Workbench platform prestressed modal analysis module of fluid-solid coupling vibration characteristics of the impeller,through uniflow solid coupling method to calculate the flow field of the load applied to the impeller,and impeller into modal solution,get the impeller under different rotational speed of the inherent frequency and vibration model,the results show that the natural frequencies of the impeller and then increase with the increase of impeller speed;At the same time,the stress distribution of blades at different speeds is analyzed.(4)designed the experimental scheme and independent structures,the experiment system,the contact measurement method is used to the work state of experiments have been carried out to test the vibration of the impeller,solved the problem of signal transmission under high speed rotation,the signal acquisition to the complete and accurate;Through analysis of signal processing,the resonance speed of compressor impeller,dynamic frequency,damping ratio and stress value of the measuring point under different rotational speed and the stress of the experimental results compared with the results of simulation analysis,the range of allowable error in,verify the feasibility of the correctness of the simulation method and experimental method.In this paper,in the process of research on the impeller,using numerical simulation method to get the impeller flow field distribution and the vibration characteristic,at the same time,using the method of experimental test by the resonance of the impeller speed and dynamic frequency,area of rotating machinery fault diagnosis and provide reference for the prevention of,also for rotating machinery numerical simulation methods and experimental test methods for reference. |
