The Risk Management Research For Hudong Shipyard 18000-ton Ship Building Project

Under the circumstances of global economic recovery,the shipping industry is in a stage of development in our country.But our country’s shipbuilding technology started relatively late compared with some developed countries.The ship construction management mechanism is imperfect.The management mechanism of ship construction is imperfect.Systematic project risk management system is also lacking.This thesis to Hudong shipyard built 18000ton crane ship project as the research case.Combined with the previous concept of project risk management.The concept,nature,principle and process of project risk management are classified according to the correct system.The concept of project risk management is reasonably interspersed in various stages of the project.Systematically analyze the risks in each phase of the project.Ensure that adjustments can be made in time for risk.Reduce the risk of project overall risk and the severity of the risk.Ensure that the project can proceed smoothly and achieve the desired objectives.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The risk identification of 18000 tons of heavy lift ship construction project.Study the project situation of ship construction,analyze the risk factor of the project.In view of the technical ability,implementation capacity,hoisting,launching and docking scheme of the ship during the construction of the ship.Use WBS work breakdown method and expert access method to carry out risk identification,collect and analyze data,and use risk decomposition structure to output risk identification results.(2)The risk assessment of 18000 tons of heavy lift ship construction projects.The risk matrix is used to output the results of risk assessment.According to the risk factors of the project,risk is studied.(3)The risk response of 18000 tons of heavy lift ship construction project.Take risk response actions against all risks of the construction project of this ship,formulate specific coping strategies for the main risks affecting the project objectives,and prepare the risk prevention plan.(4)The risk control of 18000 tons of heavy lift ship construction projects.In the process of project implementation.Monitor the development and change of risks,dynamic and systematic control project risks to avoid risks that may arise during the course of the project or decline.In this paper,the 18000-ton crane ship construction project risk management research can not only to the enterprise and work management personnel as safe and effective guidance work,and can be in the early stage of the project is the enterprise benefit maximization.Therefore,for the double-edged sword of risk,we will use better theoretical foundation and practical experience to make enterprise project risk management to better practical work guide significance.
