| This paper analyzes the research status of virtual human body models at home and abroad,and discusses the modeling methods,kinematics control methods and parametric design methods of parametric human body models.The secondary development of UG was carried out by MFC,and the functions of parametric human body modeling and attitude adjustment based on ergonomics evaluation were completed,and the parallel of mechanical modeling and ergonomics evaluation was realized.The existing virtual human body model has been improved in the ergonomics evaluation,such as insufficient hand and other joint details,and the parameters of the human body model are not comprehensive enough,which improves the refinement degree of ergonomics evaluation.Based on human anatomy,various dimensional parameters required for the parametric human body modelling system are analyzed.According to the Chinese adult human body size standard,the parametric design of the limb segment size of the virtual human body model was completed.Parametric human body model modeling and interactive interface development were completed by UG platform.Parametric human body model modeling with different percentiles was implemented on UG modeling platform.The basic skeletal structure of the human body and the way of joint movement were analyzed,and the human joint coordinate system was established.The assembly design of the various parts of the human body model was completed through the UG platform.The accuracy of the joint adjustment of the human body model is ensured,the simulation of the physiological posture of the human body is realized,and the design of the attitude adjustment system of the parametric human body model is completed.Through the refinement of the joints of the hand,the simulation of the index finger press,the thumb press,the palm press,and the grip posture of the human hand is realized.Developed a visualized extended operating area,effective operating area and comfortable operating area range,which improved the accuracy of the human body model touch field measurement;the elliptical cone generated in the form of a function is improved compared with the conical cone.The designed parametric mannequin is applied to the power cabin maintenance operation case.Through the evaluation of the maintenance operation posture,maintenance visibility and maintenance access field,the evaluation of the maintenance of the power cabin was completed,and the developed parametric human body model was verified for ergonomic evaluation such as maintenance. |
