| As a typical representative of China’s traditional manufacturing industry,the development of shipbuilding industry has always been a major concern of China.In the new era of technological development,like many traditional manufacturing industries,the shipbuilding industry faces opportunities for transformation and reform.However,due to the long industrial chain of shipbuilding industry,the high pollution and the large use of radiation belt,the changes in one link will involve changes in the upstream and downstream industry chains,and each step of innovation needs to be carefully selected.Based on the development status of the shipbuilding industry,this paper compares the reform paths of other manufacturing industries and combines the Internet of Things technology to study the operation process of the shipbuilding green innovation system.At the same time,through the research on the existing manufacturing innovation model,the open innovation model of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system and its selection issues are studied to promote the development of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system and improve the level of green technology innovation in the shipbuilding industry.This paper firstly determines the research direction based on the literature analysis method,and combines the green innovation system theory,the open innovation theory,the Internet of Things technology theory,the life cycle theory,etc.to determine the research ideas of the article;Secondly,based on the game theory method,the main body participation welfare of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system under the open innovation mode is studied.At the same time,we understand the influencing factors of the open innovation model from the shipbuilding industry green innovation system based on the Internet of Things.According to the influencing factors,there are four open innovation modes:innovation alliance,resource integration,investment merger and acquisition,and open platform model based on the Internet of Things.Finally,the system dynamics method is used to simulate the operation process of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system based on the Internet of Things.The simulation results of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system based on the Internet of Things are divided into four development stages:initial period,growth period,maturity period and transition period.Combining the demand life cycle theory to select the appropriate open innovation mode for the four development stages of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system based on the Internet of Things.In order to better promote the effectiveness of the open innovation model of the shipbuilding industry green innovation system based on the Internet of Things,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the national policy,development of the shipbuilding industry and enterprise management.The development of an open innovation model can promote the development of the green innovation and upgrading process of the shipbuilding industry,so that the shipbuilding industry will move toward a green,intelligent and data-oriented development path,and the shipbuilding industry’s green technology innovation strength will also be improved,and China’ s strategic development goals for the shipbuilding industry can also be reached as soon as possible. |
