| It is particularly important for the pilot to issue the corresponding action instructions to the aircraft through the aircraft controller to evaluate the man-machine ergonomics of the aircraft.Choosing the appropriate aircraft controller can reduce the degree of pilot fatigue from the aspect of physiological factors.From the aspect of operation performance,improve the efficiency of completing flight movements and missions and save flight time;From the comfort point of view will enhance the pilot to the aircraft flying fluency,comfort.Combined with the three factors,this paper selected the controller selection problem of a certain aircraft through design experiments,and finally obtained a set of aircraft controller man-machine ergonomic applicability evaluation model,for the future new aircraft control selection evaluation method,the main research situation is as follows:(1)through literature reading,the emg Mpf signal was selected as the physiological factor indicator,and the emg signal of the subjects’ arm was tested;The flight action completion time,flight action control times and flight mission completion time were taken as performance factor indexes,and the subjects were made to repeat the operation through the requirements of experimental design.The comfort factor is the subjective comfort score based on the cooper-harper scale.(2)the experimental scheme was verified by experimental design,subject selection and pre-experiment.Finally,the experimental data of subjects were collected by formal test.The data was processed by means of Matlab,SPSS and other tools,and the result of selection of a certain type of aircraft was obtained as the joystick.(3)T test was conducted on the experimental indicators,and the indicators with obvious differences were selected as the evaluation indicators for the ergonomic applicability assessment model of the aircraft controller,including the Mpf signal value,flight action control times,flight action completion time,flight mission completion time,and cooper-harper score.(4)establish the evaluation model by using the hierarchical analysis-fuzzy evaluation synthesis method.It is concluded that this evaluation model can be applied to the aircraft controller selection research and provide a method for the selection research.Combined with the above contents,the paper designs a comprehensive process for the ergonomic applicability study of aircraft controllers from the overall perspective,and establishes the ergonomic applicability evaluation model of aircraft controllers.This paper provides a clear process for the selection of new aircraft flight controllers and presents a more convenient and applicable method for the selection of aircraft controllers. |
