| The cockpit display interface is the main place for man-machine interaction between the aircraft system and the pilot.Almost all the status information of the aircraft is concentrated in the cockpit for comprehensive display.The content and display form of these information are the guarantee for the safety and efficiency of the pilot.The instrument of cockpit display interface directly transmits the relevant information such as aircraft status and flight characteristics to the pilot,which directly affects the perspective effect of the pilot.Therefore,the cockpit display interface layout in line with man-machine efficiency can effectively improve the safety,effectiveness and efficiency of pilots’ operations,and reduce the problems such as high load and easy fatigue brought to pilots due to cumbersome interface instrument information and unreasonable layout.Therefore,in combination with the scientific research project 《×××× test project based on simulated cockpit》,this paper USES the line of sight tracking technology to evaluate man-machine ergonomics of the display interface layout of fighter cockpit.The main research work is as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper describes the background and significance of ergonomic evaluation of cockpit display interface layout of fighter aircraft,and summarizes the research status of visual tracking and ergonomic evaluation of cockpit display interface layout at home and abroad.On the basis of this theory,this paper determines to establish a comprehensive evaluation method,using behavioral performance evaluation method,physiological evaluation method and subjective evaluation method to evaluate ergonomics of cockpit display interface layout.(2)Build the test simulation platform,design and carry out the man-machine ergonomic evaluation test for the cockpit display interface layout of fighter aircraft.By analyzing the data of various indicators collected in the experiment,including behavioral performance evaluation indicators--average completion time and accuracy;Physiological assessment indicators-eye movement data;The subjective evaluation index--NASA-TLX subjective evaluation scale is used to evaluate man-machine ergonomics-efficiency of the existing fourth-generation cockpit display interface layout.(3)According to the test results and the basic principles of cockpit display interface layout,optimize the existing layout of cockpit display interface,and apply the optimized cockpit display interface to the simulated cockpit for second test verification.SPSS software was used to analyze the significance of each index data,so as to verify whether the optimization effect was significant or not.The results show that the optimized cockpit display interface is more efficient in information retrieval and processing.(4)In order to evaluate the ergonomics of fighter cockpit display interface layout more quickly and accurately,the man-machine efficacy evaluation model of fighter cockpit display interface layout was established,and the reliability and operability of the evaluation model was verified.Through carrying out the man-machine efficacy evaluation test of the cockpit display interface layout and establishing the man-machine efficacy evaluation model of the cockpit display interface layout,a set of theory and method system applicable to the evaluation and optimization of the cockpit display interface layout is finally formed.The results of this study can be used to develop a fast and accurate tool for evaluating the layout of cockpit display interface.It provides some theoretical guidance for the design and development of new cockpit display interface for future fighters,which has certain practical value. |
