| Steel frame-prefabricated wall structure is a typical double lateral resistant system,and the rational design of the wall could greatly affect the safety and economy of the structure.Based on the traditional steel plate shear wall and outer hanging plate,this paper puts forward a new kind of prefabricated wall with concealed bracings.By introducing bracings of X-shaped steel and concealed steel column,the lateral resistant performance of the wall is improved.At the same time,haydite concrete is adopted in order to maintain the strength and decrease the weight of the wall.Research is carried out in several aspects including experiment,finite element analysis and theory to study the influence of different factors on the prefabricated wall with concealed bracings.The main content of this paper is briefly explained below:(1)For the haydite concrete with different strength,the volume method was used to test the concrete several times so that the mix ratio of lightweight concrete with different strength grade and different bulk density was determined.(2)The low-cycle reciprocating loading test was carried out on 6 specimens with concealed bracings prefabricated wall with different construction modes.Through the detailed exposition of the test phenomenon,the crack development during the loading process was clarified,and the typical failure modes of specimens were summarized.The hysteretic behavior,bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,ductility,stiffness degradation and strength degradation of prefabricated walls with concealed bracings were analyzed based on the test data,and the internal mechanism of different structure specimens with significant differences in lateral resistance was studied.(3)The finite element model was established based on the size of the test specimens of the dark-supported prefabricated wall panels,and the calculation results were compared with the test results to verify the effectiveness of the finite element simulation.At the same time,the working mechanisms of the various parts of the prefabricated wall panels were analyzed at different stages.(4)Selecting concrete strength grade,steel strength,width of concealed steel plate,thickness of concealed steel plate and structural reinforcement mesh as variable parameters,24 finite element models were established to compare and analyze the anti-side performance of concealed prefabricated wallboard.It puts forward engineering suggestions in practical application.(5)Based on the analysis of the stiffness composition of the prefabricated walls with concealed supports,the formula for calculating the initial stiffness is proposed.Based on the test and finite element results,the formulas in relevant studies and specifications are improved,and the formulas suitable for the prefabricated concealed walls are proposed. |
