The aviation material storage of aviation maintenance enterprises is different from the general type of storage.Its characteristics include a large variety of materials,large inventory,many batches,large differences between some types,different requirements for the storage environment,and the need for regular inspections.This puts forward higher requirements for the rationality of warehousing management.In order to manage the aviation repair material warehouse more reasonably and effectively,and to improve the management efficiency of the aviation repair material warehouse,the existing aviation repair material warehouse management needs to be optimized.The optimization of storage location assignment is an important link in the optimization of warehousing management.In this thesis,in accordance with the characteristics of the aviation repair enterprise,a reasonable allocation control strategy is adopted for the warehouse area and the storage location of the warehouse according to the actual application scenario,and a suitable warehouse area zoning optimization model and storage location optimization model are established.And then,an improved algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)based on non-dominated genetic algorithm(NSGA)is used to solve the model.The experimental results show that the optimization result of NSGA-Ⅱ for the assignment of storage location is better than the random storage algorithm,which alleviates the problem of cargo accumulation due to batches,improves the overall cargo entry and exit turnover rate,and can effectively solve the problem of optimizing the assignment of storage location in the warehouse of aviation maintenance enterprises.This subject is based on the research on the warehouse management of aviation maintenance enterprises.Through modern management methods and digital information technology,a warehouse management system based on B / S structure(Browser / Server)is designed and implemented.The warehousing management system is a comprehensive information management system,covering modules including material management,storage management,storage location optimization management and other modules.Among them,the storage location optimization management module applies the storage location assignment optimization method based on NSGA-Ⅱ multi-objective genetic algorithm,which is one of the core functions of the warehouse management system.In this thesis,the warehouse management system and the storage location assignment optimization algorithm has designed for the characteristics of aviation maintenance enterprises.In theory,the algorithm has a certain optimization effect on the location assignment in the warehouse.From a practical point of view,the warehouse management system not only completed the information record of a series of processes from the purchase of goods to the warehouse to the picking of the warehouse,but also applied the algorithm to the actual optimization of the assignment of storage location,which promotes the digitalization process of the enterprise and is conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise.It has great practical significance.
