Modern enterprises have confronted more and more competing market.Enterprises have to rely on automatization and communicati on to survive and develop during network economy environment.M otorcycle manufactures are facing great challenge in both meeting c ustomers' demand and controlling cost.Chongqing RunTong Motivit y Co.Ltd.(Abr RT) is not exception.High efficient logistic mechanis m is good way to decrease the cost and enhance the core competiti on ability of companies.How to improve inner logistics manageme nt level and enhance the logistics operation efficiency and effect is the big problem for RT.This paper designs and develops three-dim ensional warehouse management system and emphasizes on researchi ng on storage assignment.Firstly,the three-dimensional warehouse is designed as a whole. It is subdivided into three designments including configuration desi gnment,control flow designment and material flow designment,and then makes the designment of the warehouse more clarifying and modularized.Secondly,the paper uses the thought of modularization design ment on the basis of original achievement to design and develop RT three-dimensional warehouse logistic management software.Thi s software uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and Oracle database and is base on sufficient requirement analysis.Thirdly,to optimize stacker's route and the storage area divisio n of ware according to the ware's characteristics,genetic algorithm has been introduced.Further more,the intelligent scheduling syste m is optimized with expert system.Finally,the paper uses FLEXSIM software to simulate the stor age assignment results gave by genetic algorithm while the results are analyzed.In a word,the software which this paper designs raises the eft iciency of the management of motorcycle management and the lev el of informationization evidently.The application of genetic algori thm was put forward which provides a new reference that solves t he storage assignment.
