| Service-oriented manufacturing has gradually become the mainstream format of intelligent manufacturing.The development of service-oriented manufacturing is an effective way to reshape China’s manufacturing value chain and promote industrial upgrading,thus placing higher requirements on remote monitoring of equipment.Remote monitoring of equipment has always been a hotspot of research at home and abroad.Especially in recent years,with the explosive development of digital twin technology,remote monitoring of electromechanical equipment based on digital twin has been vigorously developed at home and abroad.This article will use cloud server and cloud live broadcast technology to build a set of remote monitoring system for equipment operating status based on digital twin technology to improve the accuracy of monitoring and reduce the difficulty of monitoring.The main work of this article includes two parts:(1)The overall architecture of the remote monitoring system for the operation status of equipment based on digital twins including the bottom,middle and upper layers is designed.By using the controller to obtain internal working condition data and the acquisition card to obtain external sensor data,complete the collection of electromechanical equipment data,and then ensure the integrity of the data by constructing the corresponding data unit;by establishing a producer / consumer model,using Redis for data Cache and distribute,use WebSocket instead of HTTP to complete data unit transmission;use Mongo DB database for persistent storage of data.Based on WebRTC live broadcast technology,the video signal collection and transmission architecture is designed,and WebSocket technology is used to realize the signaling transmission in WebRTC.A mixed network topology is designed to transmit video signals to make full use of the bandwidth in P2 P network transmission and ensure real-time performance.In the construction process of the digital virtual body of the electromechanical equipment,the three-dimensional display of the digital virtual body was realized using WebGL technology;a data-driven model was constructed,and the twodimensional component and the three-dimensional component were driven by this model,and the digital virtual body was established,Running status and other dimensions;by studying the appearance and collision detection of the three-dimensional model,the effect of real-time processing and forming of the processed parts is finally achieved.(2)A remote monitoring system for electromechanical equipment is designed.This system includes a real-time monitoring module,a history recording module,and a management module.Based on the system system,a remote monitoring prototype system based on digital twin CNC machine tools and robots is constructed,respectively.The feasibility of the system was verified by flutter experiments and palletizing experiments.Experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the accuracy of monitoring and reduce the difficulty of monitoring.In this paper,the flutter experiment and palletizing experiment were carried out by using the prototype system of digital twin-based CNC machine tools and robots.Both experiments verified the operation of electromechanical equipment based on digital twins constructed using cloud server and cloud live broadcast technology The state remote monitoring system is simple and convenient in deployment,and can significantly improve the accuracy of monitoring and reduce the difficulty of monitoring. |
