With the rapid development of computer and Internet technology, more and more en terprises are persuing informatization. There are very important significance to achieve fa st, accurate, convenient monitoring function to reduce labor costs and improve productio n safety. Our research about the motor state cloud monitoring system is mainly to meet the requirements of data aquisition and monitoring, data analysis and intelligent manage ment.Based on motor monitoring data collection, firstly we discuss principle and structure of wireless data transmission which are based on WiFi and GSM. And solve nomal pr oblems in data transmission. Then we build the wireless monitoring system for motor c1 oud monitoring system. Finally, we analys each module’s function of the system, do so me research from hardware layer, server layer and terminal layer.The hardware layer is mainly through the RS485 interface of the inverter to achiev e the expansion of the motor state monitoring function. Based on interface of RS485,we design a data collect chip which core is ARM and attach the WiFi module and the GS M module. Through this chip we realize remote wireless transmission of data.The terminal layer is divided into PC Client, and mobile Application. The Client us ing MFC development technology, through CDC encapsulates drawing widgets, make gra phic processing of acquisition parameters. And the App development mainly based on A ndroid through Eclipse. We using open source packages of SlidingMenu and AChartEngi ne as App’s structure of GUI and graphic processing. In the aspect of communication, we using TCP socket transmission protocol, achieve the network transmission of data.The server layer mainly studies the SQL Server and the IOCP framework which is a high concurrent server technology. And we design a set of relational data tables accor ding to the motor cloud monitoring system. Then we compare some characteristics of do mistic several common cloud platform providers and choose Aliyun as our cloud platfor m. In the aspect of cloud server, we studies the ADO database access technology, multi- threaded technology and socket communications technology in Windows development env ironment and develop a cloud server program with simple GUI.At last, we conducted monitoring tests in several facet. Including data acquisition te st, wireless transmission stability test, Client function test and server stability test and so on. It contribute to the feasibility and practicability of the motorstate cloud monitoring system.
