In order to ensure the design rationality of stiffeners in ship structure,it is necessary to establish a checking model according to relevant standard for checking.After the discrete stiffeners are recombined according to certain rules,the idealized calculation unit is formed.Combining with the original ship information,the idealized model which can be used for the standard check is established.Because of the large number of stiffeners,the changeable information and working conditions in ship structure,the traditional checking method has many disadvantages,such as the long period of checking model establishment,the complex calculation of checking parameters and the difficulty of data sharing,which greatly affects the checking efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a 3D ship stiffener standard checking system.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing ship design software,combined with the compass 3D project of China Classification Society,a 3D ship stiffener standard checking system is developed on the NX platform.The system integrates the function modules of building local three-dimensional strength model,automatic identification of unit beam,analysis and calculation of calibration parameters of hull beam,generation and output of calculation model,and realizes a complete verification process of automatic construction of verification model,rapid identification of unit beam,efficient parameter analysis and unified management of calculation data.The general data model is used to manage the output data.The verification results can be accessed separately from the modeling software,and the model can be modified by the modeling software,which improves the data sharing and reusability.Aiming at the identification of unit beam in the process of idealized modeling,a fast matching algorithm based on graph theory is proposed,which realizes the automatic and fast reorganization of discrete sub-stiffeners.Aiming at the calculation of several checking parameters in the idealized model,a series of algorithms for the analysis of ship girder’s standard parameters are put forward,focusing on the calculation point algorithm of ship girder’s bending stress and the algorithm of unit beam spacing.In order to realize that the system verification results are independent of the access of modeling software,a twodimensional calculation model generation algorithm is proposed,which includes the steps of face conversion,creating stiffener section line,curve discrete fitting,etc.The verification model and verification data are transformed into independent data model,which improves the universality of the system.Finally,the paper takes 180000 DWT bulk carrier as an example to test,and compares the test results with the traditional check method to verify the efficiency and reliability of the system.
