Research On The Planning Of The Format Rejuvenation Project Of Historical District

As the process of urban renewal continues to advance,the format rejuvenation of historical district has become the focus of social attention,and the industrial format of the district is the bond of life,cultural brand,and economic operation in the historical district,and is the key factor driving the revival of historical district.This article takes Tan Hualin historical and cultural district as the research object,and conducts an applied study on the planning of the construction rejuvenation of historical district.First,this paper analyzes the composition and recovery needs of the historic district,and proposes the meaning and characteristics of residential,cultural,and commercial formats;based on the requirements of the format recovery,the planning framework of the historic district format reconstruction project is constructed from the perspective of engineering construction projects.;Clarified the planning content of the format rejuvenation and construction.Secondly,the planning principles and basis of the historic district format renaissance construction project were clarified;the planning process system of the historic district format renaissance construction project based on the three-dimensional structure of hall was established;the research methods of project planning were refined from the perspective of knowledge dimension.Thirdly,a collaborative management system for the construction of the historic district business renewal construction project was established;a management and control planning system according to the objectives of the project group was established;the target implementation management and control planning method was carried out.Finally,taking Tan Hualin historical and cultural district as the applied research object,through full investigation and data analysis,completed the plan planning of the Tan Hualin historical and cultural district format rejuvenation construction project.
