| With the development of electronic technology and measurement technology,reliability analysis technology is more and more widely used in the dynamic measurement analysis of high-speed objects,especially in the non-contact measurement of weapons.System reliability analysis is the important content and foundation of reliability engineering,the reliability analysis of the system can evaluate the design performance of the system qualitatively and quantitatively,and provide valuable reference and basis for system improvement and optimal configuration.This topic is derived from the research and development mission of XXX national defense project "system development of XXX external ballistic comprehensive test station".In addition,the performance reliability evaluation of complex electronic equipment is discussed,especially a series of problems such as data reliability,statistical modeling,network optimization and precision evaluation in the reliability research of the speed measuring system.The specific research is as follows:1.This paper aims at the reliability analysis and reliability modeling of highspeed projectile velocity measurement system,the working mechanism of projectile velocity measurement system and extraction of interference factors were studied.This paper presents a method for reliability modeling and reliability analysis of projectile velocity measurement system.The factors affecting the system are comprehensively analyzed.Firstly,the analysis model of the speed measuring system and the metamodel of each influencing factor are established.Then,each meta-model is evaluated and scored and the credibility is calculated.This method can reduce the influence of human factors,and realize the establishment of reliability model and the evaluation of reliability of projectile velocity measurement system.It lays a foundation for analyzing the reliability of velocity measurement system.2.In the process of reliability model analysis of velocity measurement system,the problems such as low computational efficiency,too rough and unreasonable conditions exist.A reliability model analysis method for projectile velocity measurement system based on statistical fault tree is proposed.First system analysis model is established based on the fault tree,collect all kinds of test conditions make it more reasonable and comprehensive,rich and science,and then use statistical methods to various meta model for data information extraction,and calculate its reliability,finally use statistics fault tree qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the reliability of the whole system,the speed measuring system of execution speed and the boundary conditions of rich data and high reliability.3.Aiming at the reliability model optimization of speed measuring system,a reliability model optimization method based on deep BP network is proposed.Firstly,the system reliability network analysis model is established,the characteristics of test data are mined by applying the thought of layer by layer unsupervised training,the theory of deep learning is adopted,the optimal weight of the network model is optimized adaptively,and the network model is optimized.Combined with the deep BP network analysis method,the reliability of the system is calculated.Compared with other methods,the results show that this method has the advantages of high data reliability,scientific and reasonable calculation,and less subjective and artificial factors,etc.4.Reliability and accuracy evaluation of speed measuring system.This paper studies the reliability precision analysis method of velocity measurement system,the reliability modeling and optimization method of integrated fault tree and BP network,and forms an integrated reliability modeling and optimization method.The results show that the reliability of the velocity measurement system is better and the accuracy of the experimental data is higher.The reliability of the system and the accuracy of the data are verified.Above research is around outside ballistic non-contact measuring reliability modeling and analysis of theoretical exploration,has completed the projectile velocity measuring system reliability modeling and analysis technology,solved the conventional method of reliability analysis is difficult to outer trajectory of the application of photoelectric measurement,dynamic measurement of weapons outside trajectory for the future to provide certain theoretical support. |
