Researches On Key Technology Of Fragments Velocity Measuring And Data Acquisition System

With the researches on weapon warhead's performance getting more deeper, more advanced technology is required in high precision measuring of fragments velocity and data acquisition of various parameters produced by explosion. The existed equipments in the market usually have different problems in adaptability, reliability, accuracy, etc. This paper researches the key technology of fragments velocity measuring and data acquisition system to solve these problems.This paper is based on the hardware platform of S3C2410/S3C2440 processer, by using the method of"4+1"view modeling, a detailed system software architecture description is given in UML, which guides the development of functional software and speeds up the progress of entire system development. Working on the different types of hardware in system equipments, a universal embedded Linux system environment is built for this system by transplanting on bootloader, Linux kernel and filesystem. Finally, all required function proposed at the stage of system designing is implemented with the help of special software including device drivers, communication protocol designing, control & process programs, data filtering and data calibrating algorithm. Among all these special software, the layered communication protocol is designed to simplify the implementation of serial transmission function, detecting and filtering algorithm of singularity is produced to reduce the influence of impulse noise to the least, and the data calibrating algorithm is implemented to improve the accuracy of A/D converter effectively.
