| In 2020,China will enter the post subsidy era of new energy vehicles, which will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the new energy vehicle industry.Collaborative innovation of government, industry,University and research is an important measure to promote the development of new energy automobile industry. In the context of the elimination of subsidies, how to make collaborative innovation of government, industry,University and research smoothly is the current focus. However, there are many obstacles in the process of collaborative innovation due to the different interest pursuit and management concept of each innovation subject. Therefore,it is necessary to study these obstacles, otherwise, the collaborative innovation activities of government, industry, education and research in the new energy automobile industry will not be carried out.Based on the analysis of the connotation and causes of the conflict of interest in the collaborative innovation project of new energy vehicle industry,University and research, this paper divides the collaborative innovation project into two stages: negotiation stage and operation stage according to the development process of collaborative innovation activities, and comprehensively uses the theory of conflict analysis, evolutionary game theory and scenario analysis theory to analyze the new energy vehicle industry politics Research on the conflict of interest and coordination mechanism of collaborative innovation project of industry,University and research.During the negotiation period of the collaborative innovation project of government, industry,University and Research Institute, the conflict analysis model is constructed based on the conflict analysis method and the intuitionistic fuzzy number ranking method, and the stability results are analyzed and evaluated.During the operation period of the collaborative innovation project, based on the evolutionary game theory, the evolutionary game model of the interest conflict between the enterprise and the research party is constructed, and the evolution stability results are analyzed in detail, then the influencing factors of the interest conflict of the collaborative innovation project are found out. Then, taking the government as the main participant of the game, the paper constructs a three-party game model of the new energy automobile industry’s politics, industry, education and research activities, focusing on the strategic choice of the government departments in the collaborative innovation activities. Finally, according to the causes of interest conflicts and the results of interest conflict analysis, this paper puts forward the interest conflict coordination mechanism which includes the coordination mechanism of the overall goal and individual goal, the interest coordination mechanism between innovation subjects and the government coordination mechanism,in order to solve the interest conflicts of the new energy automobile industry’s political, industrial, academic and research collaborative innovation project The conflict of interest provides theoretical reference.Based on the theory of conflict analysis and other theoretical knowledge, this paper constructs a two-stage conflict analysis model of the new energy automobile industry government industry university research collaborative innovation project negotiation period and operation period, and proposes a conflict coordination mechanism according to the causes of the conflict and the results of the conflict analysis,so as to reasonably and effectively solve the conflict of interest among the collaborative innovation subjects The theoretical reference is provided to promote the stable and sustainable development of collaborative innovation projects in the new energy automobile industry. At the same time, this study takes the government departments as the participants in the game, and investigates their strategic choices in collaborative innovation cooperation, which makes up for the current research gaps in collaborative innovation projects, and enriches the research results on the dynamic balance of the interests of collaborative innovation projects. |
