Research On The Layout Of Public Service Facilities In The Central City Of Lanzhou Based On POI Data

In the analysis,this paper takes the public service facilities in the central city of Lanzhou as the main object of subsequent analysis.Based on the development status of service facilities in the central city of Lanzhou,the current public service facilities are classified and analyzed,and the research area Evaluate the space layout of public service facilities and propose optimization strategies to provide effective reference for the future planning of urban public service facilities in Lanzhou.In the analysis of the thesis,the first to carry out initial theoretical data collection,confirm the results of domestic and foreign correlation analysis,sort out the related methods and theories,consider the specific classification of related service facilities,and select six categories of service facilities based on the construction status of service facilities carry out analysis.Then,using the obtained POI data point information,combined with the analysis function of GIS software,analyze and evaluate the layout of public service facilities in the central urban area of Lanzhou from the two perspectives of residential areas and public service facilities.Among them,the analysis from the perspective of residential areas is: select residential areas in different locations and use spatial accessibility as an evaluation system to study the availability of residential areas to surrounding public facilities.From the perspective of urban public service facilities,it provides services for urban public education service facilities,urban public medical service facilities,urban government street service facilities,urban public cultural service facilities,urban public green park service facilities,and urban public outdoor emergency shelters.Analyze these six types of public service facilities,use the space core density method to analyze the balanced characteristics of public service facilities,apply the buffer coverage scheme to study its balance in layout,and use spatial correlation to study the fairness of facilities.The current situation of the spatial distribution of facilities in the central urban area is combed,analyzed and evaluated.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the public service facilities in the central urban area of Lanzhou,the following conclusions can be summarized:From the perspective of residential areas,the accessibility of various public service facilities in the downtown area of Lanzhou shows a situation of gradually weakening from the center to the periphery.From the perspective of service facilities,the balance of secondary schools in education service facilities in the central urban area of Lanzhou is poor,and the fairness of hospitals above the second level in medical service facilities is poor.At the same time,the balance of community elderly service facilities is relatively poor.By comparing the public service facilities among the four districts in the central city of Lanzhou,it is found that the overall layout of all urban public service facilities in Chengguan District is relatively good.The layout of urban public service facilities in Xigu District is second,Qilihe District and Anning District.The layout of public services in the city has a certain gap compared with the previous two divisions.Finally,based on the analysis and evaluation results,an optimization criterion is proposed,and the corresponding optimization suggestions for the overall layout of public service facilities in Lanzhou are given.It is hoped that the research results of this article can provide some references for the future planning of the layout of urban public service facilities in Lanzhou.
