| In a wide range of the world,all cities have experienced or are experiencing a series of urban problems caused by the traffic development led by motor vehicles.After people realized the importance of walking,the most traditional way of travel,it has set off a new wave of walking around the world.However,in the same period,in the urban construction of our country,the urban construction thought under the guidance of motorization still occupies the mainstream.In our country,the skeleton network of urban construction is still the vehicle traffic network,while the travel demand of urban walkers is still not paid attention to,and the pedestrian space is constantly compressed in the era of vehicle traffic.The pedestrian network is being destroyed and damaged seriously.The pedestrian space and even the public space in the city still can not meet the "decent" walking of pedestrians.On the other hand,walkers’ intuitive feelings and their intuitive needs for walking are directly related to the final built walking space,shape and whether the environment can really guide walking,which is often ignored by designers.In view of the current academic focus,this paper points out that the pedestrian network,as the most important medium for people to experience walking and perceive the city,as the carrier form of pedestrian movement changes,so the study of urban space and pedestrian space form from the perspective of pedestrian network should be paid attention to by people.In this paper,the pedestrian overpass "Seoullo 7017",which is located in the central area of Seoul,South Korea,is selected as a typical example for research and demonstration.In this paper,the basic research of urban pedestrian network and public space is carried out first,and then the comprehensive analysis is carried out for the project of Seoullo 7017.The research strategy,which is mainly based on the three fixed(fixed quantitative qualitative)comprehensive method and supplemented by other research methods,is used to analyze the spatial form of Seoullo 7017,the spatial relationship with its surroundings,and to extract the quantitative data of its form and function,This paper summarizes the methods and Strategies of MVRDV in design.Then,the walking efficiency of the surrounding area pedestrian network before and after the completion of the 7017 pedestrian overpass on is calculated,and then from a qualitative point of view,the pedestrian behavior is analyzed.Finally,the three types of research in the study,shape,quantitative and qualitative,are analyzed.The final results are as follows:First of all,through the research on the form space of Seoullo 7017 and the comprehensive refining of the design methods,this paper summarizes the promotion and optimization strategies of the current urban public space,which has a certain guiding role and reference significance in the future urban public space and pedestrian space construction and optimization.Secondly,through the efficiency selection calculation of the regional pedestrian network before and after the completion of the Seoullo 7017 pedestrian overpass,the results show that: the average walking efficiency of the regional pedestrian network after the completion of the Seoullo 7017 is 0.802,which has a certain improvement compared with the 0.792 before the completion,and the number of efficient intersections with efficiency above 0.8 in the pedestrian network has increased by 31%.It is confirmed that Seoullo 7017 plays an important role in improving the pedestrian connectivity and accessibility of the area.Then,using the efficiency choice model,the paper summarizes the work mode of improving the efficiency of the pedestrian network,and summarizes the corresponding practical strategies of improving the efficiency of the pedestrian network.This has a certain practical guiding role in the future specific urban pedestrian network optimization design and the construction of urban pedestrian space. |
