Research On The Landscape Design Of Suburban Towns And Villages Under The Background Of Rural Renaissance

The rapid development of modern cities has exerted a great influence on the landscape planning,industrial structure and rural culture of suburban towns and villages.With the disorderly spread of urban space,the hollowing out of "people walking in the village",the constructive destruction of the ecological environment,the "one side of a thousand villages" with the supremacy of functional interests,and other problems are emerging day by day.Suburban towns and villages have become areas with acute conflicts,and the conflicts between urban and rural areas have become increasingly acute.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the development of suburban towns and villages,and the concept of rural Renaissance came into being.Based on the background of rural Renaissance,this paper takes suburban towns and villages as the research object,and proposes the appropriate landscape design strategy by adopting the research methods of literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis.This paper firstly analyzes the origin background,policy opportunity and development course of rural Renaissance,and summarizes its concept connotation.Based on the collation of the research status of rural landscape and suburban towns at home and abroad,a new model of urban and rural development is explored based on the design practice.Through the field investigation and questionnaire survey,the paper makes clear the development status of the villages and towns in southern jiangsu in the aspects of nature,culture,industrial development,ancient towns and so on.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the development of rural areas in southern jiangsu and the multiple values such as humanistic value,ecological value and social value that need to be improved urgently.On this basis,through the study of nanjing suburban huashu village,zhejiang anji jingwu village,"eishan practice",hangzhou dongziguan farm house and other excellent cases,put forward the urban suburban villages landscape design strategy,and explore the development trend of rural villages in southern jiangsu under the background of rural Renaissance.Finally,this paper takes hongxing village,huishan ancient town and meicun as the design practice carrier to verify the design strategy.From the perspective of the design of rural Renaissance,the exploration and practice of the spatial activation of towns and villages and the organic renewal of old buildings are carried out to provide operational Suggestions for the construction of suburban towns and villages and the rural Renaissance.Main research achievements include:(1)Systematically sorted out the concept interpretation and domestic and foreign research status of suburban towns and rural landscape,analyzed the connotation and development process of rural Renaissance,and provided theoretical basis for design practice.(2)Combined with the interpretation of suburban rural Renaissance good example in our country,summarized and put forward development direction,protecting inheritance means,strengthening characteristics resources from three aspects of six design strategy: to explore the new mode of rural Renaissance,refactoring multidimensional value diversified development,activate the rural landscape settlement space,reconstruction update village traditional architecture,activate the reshaping local cultural ecology,composite link "Internet + new countryside".(3)Through the on-the-spot investigation,the suburban rural areas of the south of summary village space phenomenon of industrialization,village space "commercialization" phenomenon,the decline of agricultural production space,the loss of rural population aging hollowing out,rural endogenous value,local features and fade out the existing problems,such as texture,based on this design strategy applied to the practice of design,respectively lead through industry leading,art,culture,leading the development model of rural Renaissance landscape planning and design research.
