Research On Planning And Design Of Yinji Educational Town Based On Green Net City Theory

In recent years,with the attention and support of governments at all levels in China,the construction of characteristic towns has been in full swing.With the development prospects of the education industry,educational towns have gradually entered the perspective of society and industry.Their practical application research will attract the attention of urban planners.This paper introduces the green network city theory,and discusses the planning and design of cultural and educational towns in Yinji Township.First,This paper sorted out the theoretical foundation of characteristic towns,analyzed the policy regulations of characteristic towns in China in recent years,explored the types of approved national-level characteristic towns,and explained the key connotations of China’s characteristic towns in the four aspects of characteristic industry,space style,mechanism operation and function aggregation;By analyzing 4 typical cases of Yangling Demonstration Zone,Changzhou Yin Village Vocational Education Town,Oxford Town and State College,their experience was explained.then this paper explored the characteristics of educational towns in terms of location distribution,spatial form,industrial composition,and population categories,and summarized three different Spatial pattern of educational towns including school-town integration,platter combination,and core leadership.Furthermore,this paper summarized the ideas of the basic principles of the Green Net City Theory and the system construction,and analyzed the process and results of the pilot experiment of the Green Net City Theory in detail,then it summarized the green network urban planning and design method under mountainous landforms: Analyze the surface water catchment path to set up green space,Connect the green space into a network,Arrange sponges and municipal infrastructure to improve the green network and Overlay land layout to optimize urban form.Finally,based on Green Net City Theory,this paper conducted a planning study on Yinji educational town.By analyzing the current construction conditions of Yinji Township,it explored the road-network relationship of its integration with nature and human beings and the landscape pattern of the ridge and valley.According to its geomorphic characteristics,the green network is constructed by using the low terrain,the land is superimposed to improve the layout structure,the road network system is adjusted by conforming to the terrain and the layout structure is completed by overlaying land.Based on these,the overall planning and design of Yinji Educational town was completed.It Comprehensively demonstrated the practical application of Green Net City Theory in hilly landforms,and hope to provide some references for the construction of characteristic towns in Yinji township.
