| With the rapid development of high-speed railway,planning and construction of the high-speed rail new town around the station has become an important part of China’s urbanization process,and the spatial development of the station and its surrounding area has become a research hotspot that has attracted much attention.Green Net City Theory is an innovative urban and rural planning theory proposed against the background of ecological civilization construction.After its proposal,no planning and design attempts have been made in high-speed rail new town.Therefore,this article first combed and summarized the theory and practice development of Green Network City and high-speed railway new town.Then,aiming at the construction conditions of Xinyang high-speed railway new town,proposed the Green Network City planning and design experiment approach of high-potential path finding,low-potential greening,vertical and horizontal networking.Based on this approach,explained the experimental process of its theoretical realization,generating the green belt network features of sensing nature,finger-like and the road network features of north and south Tianjie,conforming to the Dongji.Then,pointed out that the experiment showed the advantages of Green Network City such as the diversion of people and vehicles,natural sponges,and the greening of gray infrastructure,etc..Finally,summarized the characteristics of the Xinyang high-speed rail new town of moderate amount of green,the uniformity accessibility of the green network service functions and green street scale and environmental humanization,etc.,which are suitable for the Green Network City,and showed the urban design plan of the characteristic town of the green network city. |
