Design And Construction Of Restorative Environment Theory In Urban Space

With the gradual maturity of China’s urban development system and the continuous improvement of urbanization level.The residents of mega-cities and megalopolises have strong psychological and physical health needs,while the existing urban space mostly focuses on its functionality and simply pursues it Greening rate,the form of meeting health needs is relatively single.Taking urban parks as the research object and combining with the residents’ health needs,this paper proposes a design concept based on the theory of re healing environment.Firstly,the theory of restorative environment is studied deeply.Based on the theory,a questionnaire survey of restorative environment factors and residents’ restorative behavior characteristics in urban parks is designed.Based on SPSS software,the data of the questionnaire survey results are analyzed,and four main factors of restorative environment such as natural factors,rest perception factors,activity factors and controllable quality factors are extracted There are three kinds of recuperation behaviors that residents mainly carry out,i.e.health recovery behavior,physical health recovery behavior and social health recovery behavior.Secondly,based on the four main factors that affect the effectiveness of environmental rehabilitation and the three behavioral factors of residents’ self-healing,this paper summarizes the four design principles of urban park environment,and puts forward three design strategies that focus on spatial ecology,spatial sensory richness and spatial layout complexity.And the introduction of two design concepts of space art and plastic art.Finally,taking Songpingshan Park in Shenzhen as an example,combining the theory and practice of rehabilitation environment,starting from the analysis of the current situation of the project,the characteristics of the service population and the limiting factors,the overall design idea and design goal of the project are gradually established,that is,on the basis of meeting the functional needs of people’s leisure and entertainment,the rehabilitation needs of high-pressure people are met.In this paper,the theory of restorative environment is integrated into the overall design of the project through the following aspects: 1.In the design of the project,"adjust measures to local conditions",according to the principle of functional division and activity juxtaposition,the space is divided into three areas of "static area","dynamic area" and "central area" according to the "a" shape,respectively,to meet people’s mental health,physical health and social health 2.Optimize the design of rehabilitation environment from the perspective of four main rehabilitation factors for different areas;3.Optimize the design of natural elements of the project from four aspects: plant species,plant layout,water quality regulation and digital experience;4.Optimize the design of facilities in the project from three aspects: installation elements,construction elements and facilities elements Plan.Finally,the organic integration of the rehabilitation environment and functional comprehensive park design is realized,and the urban park that can give full play to the rehabilitation efficiency is created to meet the rehabilitation needs of people.
