Research On Park Restorative Environment Design Strategy Based On Restoration Theory

The accelerated pace of work of urban people,excessive study pressure,and small living space are the main causes of various mental illnesses.In this state,it is difficult for people to concentrate on work and study tasks,and it is difficult to manage relationships with friends,colleagues and family.Being in this bad emotional state for a long time can easily induce mental illness.As the basic unit of healthy living space,the park is the main place for people to contact nature,and through the landscape environment design to provide users with a good place to relax the body and mind,so it is necessary to start from the improvement of the environmental quality of the park,comprehensively consider the landscape experience and mental health of residents of all ages,and build an environment-friendly and sustainable park landscape.Restorative environment through natural,biological and artificial intervention to improve human physical and mental health,help people recover health and improve psychological conditions,it is widely used in medical,rehabilitation and health tourism and other fields,the physical and mental recovery of the population has been verified,but because China’s restoration theory and landscape practice is still in the development stage,although there are some literature research results,but mostly focus on the restorative contrast between different types of landscapes,and for the restorative landscape environment,The discussion of the relationship between crowd behavior and its healing effect is a simple discussion,and how to use restorative landscape environment design methods to guide people’s garden behavior,so as to produce a healing effect,so as to achieve the effect of soothing the body and mind and restoring attention.By discussing the constituent elements of the park landscape environment,using the restoration theory principles and the theory of restoration,this paper studies the principle mechanism and action path of the restoration effect of the landscape environment,investigates and analyzes the existing landscape environment,summarizes the environmental characteristic elements and quantifies the analysis.First,through public opinion questionnaires and park field research,we can understand and summarize the health status and behavior patterns and preferences of people visiting the park.Second,through audio questionnaire survey and physiological research,the preference of the population for the elements of the landscape environment was selected.Third,through expert evaluation and structural equation model path analysis,the landscape environment elements with healing effect are screened.Based on the research,the restorative environment mechanism and model are established,and the design principles and strategies of the park landscape are guided.Based on the above research,the design principles and strategies of the restorative environment of the park are proposed,and the Haihe Park of Shijiazhuang City is used as a practical case to provide a new perspective for the development of community parks and other urban green spaces through the research of park landscape design,which is of practical significance for promoting public health and improving the living environment...
