Under the background of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries around the world towards intelligence and digitalization,virtual commissioning technology has become a key technology for realizing transformation and upgrading because it can shorten the production preparation cycle,reduce the risk and time of debugging,and improve the efficiency of research and development and the degree of digitization.This thesis proposes a virtual commissioning scheme based on distributed datadriven commutator flexible production line,which can realize the simulation debugging and optimization evaluation of the production line in the production line design stage.At the same time,the inner hole machine,outer circle machine and AGV in the production line are selected as the simplified production line model to realize the designed virtual commissioning scheme and verify its overall function.The research content of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the thesis analyzes the requirements of virtual commissioning of the flexible production line of commutator,and proposes a distributed data driven virtual commissioning scheme for the production line,which includes model layer construction,control layer design,scheduling layer construction and master control layer design.The implementation of the virtual commissioning plan is divided into two parts: the construction of the digital prototypes of each machine in the production line and the joint communication and scheduling between the digital prototypes of each machine,and the detailed introduction is given respectively.Secondly,the digital prototype of the inner hole machine and the outer circle machine of the production line equipment based on PLC data drive is built.Specifically,it includes designing and constructing the model layer and the control layer,and designing the communication between the model layer and the control layer,completing the mapping between the PLC signal and the model signal interface,and realizing the information interaction between the model layer and the control layer.Then,through the construction of the dispatching layer and the design of the overall control layer,the joint communication and production line scheduling problems between the digital prototypes of the inner hole machine and the outer circle machine of the production line equipment are solved,while meeting the flexibility requirements of the commutator production line.The construction of the dispatch layer is mainly realized by constructing the AGV module and its interaction with the machine.The design of the overall control layer mainly includes three aspects: master control PLC program design,signal joint communication and interaction design,and software visualization integration design.Finally,the virtual commissioning scheme of the production line is designed and implemented to detect the abnormal and verify the communication function.Complete single-machine virtual debugging function verification through structural interference verification and PLC function verification.At the same time,through the verification of AGV function,flexibility requirements and PLC function,the virtual commissioning function of the production line is verified,which verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the virtual commissioning scheme.
