Research On The Impact Of The Combination Of Industry And Finance On The Operating Performance Of Listed Companies

The combination of industry and finance is an inevitable outcome under the development of market economy.Through the natural integration of finance and industry,it can open up diversified strategic layout space for large enterprises,save energy and optimize industrial structure,and enhance core competitiveness.Under the background of supply-side reform,the pace of industrial structure adjustment of state-owned economy is quickened.It has become one of the important tasks of deepening the reform of state-owned economy to promote the development mode of combining industry with finance of state-owned enterprises.However,most of the researches on industry-finance integration in domestic academic circles are still in the stage of theoretical model construction,and there are few application analysis of practical cases.Moreover,there are also disputes in academic circles about the development prospect of industry-finance integration.Therefore,it is of certain research significance to deeply discuss the influence of industry-finance combination mode on the business performance of enterprises from the perspective of finance.Taking SAIC As an example,this paper makes a detailed study on whether the combination of industry and finance can effectively boost the business performance of enterprises.First of all,this paper summarizes domestic and foreign research results on the theoretical concept,motivation and influence mechanism of industry-finance integration,providing a theoretical research basis for the construction of the framework of industry-finance integration and enterprise performance analysis.Secondly,by introducing the development process of SAIC’s industry-finance integration,this paper analyzes the motivation and corresponding influencing mechanism of SAIC’s industry-finance integrationdevelopment,focusing on the demonstration from the aspects of complementary advantages,market competitiveness and operating efficiency.Then,based on the multidimensional index evaluation method,this paper analyzes the business performance of SAIC.It is found that the combination of industry and finance plays a positive role in improving the profitability,financing ability and development ability of enterprises,facilitating the development of circular economy of enterprises and stimulating the investment in R&D.At the same time,the representative index of the assessment of state-owned enterprises--economic added value(EVA)is on the rise,with excellent sustainable development ability.Finally,based on the case analysis,conclusions and enlightenment are drawn,and Suggestions are put forward from the strategic positioning of industry-finance integration,financial risk control and supply chain competitiveness,so as to provide reference for other enterprises to choose the development mode of industry-finance integration.
