Research On The Impact Of The Combination Of Industry And Finance On Business Performance Of C Company

The fifth plenary session of the party’s 19 points out that our country has turned towards high quality development stage,to adhere to the economic development focus on the real economy,manufacturing firm construction power,power quality,power network,power digital,promoting the modernization of high-level industrial base and the industrial chain,improve the quality of economic efficiency and core competitiveness.The real economy is the foundation of national economic development.How to improve the strength of the real economy,help the transformation and upgrading of real enterprises,and realize innovation-driven development has become a major proposition in Chinese current economic construction.The combination of industry and finance refers to the process in which the real economy integrates the industry and the financial industry by means of equity participation,shareholding and holding for the purpose of common development goals and overall benefits.It is an important direction of the development of the real economy.At the beginning of this century,the combination of industry and finance appeared in the sight of enterprises.Petro China,Orient Group and other enterprises joined the team of the combination of industry and finance by setting up financial companies and taking shares and holding financial institutions."Made in China 2025" also puts forward that in order to build China into a manufacturing power,China should increase financial support and encourage and support large domestic manufacturing enterprises to actively carry out pilot projects of industrial and financial integration.The combination of industry and finance can not only integrate financial capital and industrial capital for diversified operation,so that they can obtain synergies in operation,management,finance and other aspects,but also save transaction costs,improve the convenience of obtaining funds,improve the business performance of enterprises and enhance the ability of risk resistance.However,observing the development process of the integration of industry and finance in Chinese enterprises,it is found that there are still many enterprises lack of experience in the financial field,which leads to the failure of the integration of industry and finance to play an effective role in improving the business performance of enterprises,or even negative effects.In this context,it is of great practical significance to analyze the influence of the combination of industry and finance on the business performance of enterprises from the theoretical level.In this paper,C Company is selected as the research object to analyze the impact of the development of the combination of industry and finance on its business performance.During the study,the first systematic analysis of the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on with melting effect on corporate operating performance of relevant concepts,theories,and on the basis of the analysis I domestic harmony combining melting status quo and the development of enterprises to develop production model,secondly,to C company as the research object,analyzes the reason of its development with harmony and development,and then,by using the coupling coordination degree model of C company from 2007 to 2019 annual melt bonding degree measure,according to the measure result C company with melting process can be divided into four stages,and through the factor analysis method to evaluate operating performance of C company.Finally,on the basis of the research in the first three parts,the impact of the combination of industry and finance of C Company on business performance is discussed from the aspects of single dimension index and comprehensive index.The study found that the combination of industry and finance of C Company had a driving effect on the improvement of business performance,and brought a large amount of capital for the development of C Company,which was conducive to its own development.However,the impact of the combination of industry and finance of C Company on the single dimension index of business performance is different.For example,with the deepening of the combination of industry and finance of C Company,its debt paying ability keeps improving,but its profitability and operating ability first rise and then decline.In recent years,its advantages in the industry gradually disappear.So,this paper aimed at C company with melting status quo increase the proportion of financial capital,improve the production combined with pertinence,optimization of capital structure,continue to create profitable growth,enhance the consciousness of the inventory,attract high-quality talent and so on,in order to help the adjustment of C company with financial strategy,promote with melting faster and better development.
