Research On Landscape Design Suitable For Aging Under The "health Care +" Mode

Based on the current situation of increasingly serious aging in our country,the demand for designing suitable aging landscapes is increasing.Through data collection,literature research,field surveys and other methods,combined with the "healthcare +" development model,the Jinniu Lake New District project is designed for the ageing landscape.Based on successful domestic and foreign cases,in view of the unique natural and human geography characteristics of Jinniu Lake New Area,the planning and design practice of suitable aging landscape in Jinniu Lake New Area under the "healthcare +" model was explored.The development goals of the landscape planning of the Jinniu Lake New Area project: give full play to advantages,complementary development,dislocation development,and individual development;leading tourism,highlighting the integrated development of tourism,industry and residence.Due to the topography and the area of ??the plot,Jinniu Lake New District is carried out in accordance with the model of "one center,four axes,ten groups,and multiple corridors".The design innovation points of the health care center are "Jiguang Fengyu","One Qi Zhiliu" and Chinese Medicine The concept of "Wearing,Hearing and Asking".The wellness center is designed in accordance with the spatial structure of "dual cores and two wings".The landscape functional area is planned into four main functional areas according to the functional characteristics of the building,namely the entrance landscape area,the theme courtyard area,the landscape healing area,and the central park area.The health care center project area is surrounded by rich industries,including a livable group of planned commercial pedestrian streets,a Chinese medicine hall,a theme health care town,a comprehensive service area,a health physiotherapy center,and an ecological farm.Among them,in order to serve the middle-aged and elderly people,promote the development of the medical care industry,and further reflect the "healthcare +" model suitable for aging landscape features,the project planning takes "high-end health industry base,ecological leisure and health care base" as the development goal,and integrates various High-end health care functions,to create a health care center with a health care theme and rich cultural characteristics,rich in business forms,designed for health care and healing people,and complete supporting service facilities.The ultimate development goal is to synchronize Nanjing,connect with Jiangbei New District at the same height,share Jinniu Lake,and build a new ecological and healthy Jinniu Lake area that is ecological,international,and integrated with tourism,production and housing.Build the sub-center of Tianchang City,the core of innovation in Chuning,and the new fulcrum of industry in East Anhui.
