| During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issues the “Outline of the Informatization Development for Construction Industry in the Years of 2016-2020”;in September 2016,which points out the concrete direction that push forward the construction industry towards informatization development by applying BIM technology.As an integral part of national economy,the construction industry occupies an essential position in economic development for a long time.With the continuous improvement of China’s economic performance,the number of hybrid structures designed to satisfy the aesthetics of buildings is increasing.The stiff structure is widely used because of its excellent transition between steel and concrete structures,but it is also criticized by practitioners for its complex spatial structure,narrow operating space,high accuracy requirements,and low fault tolerance.Technical details and schedules of more complex hybrid structures during construction also need to be urgently addressed by the participants.The characteristics of BIM technology,such as visibility and parameterization,provide a technical basis for solving these problems.Through virtual collision and pre-construction,it is of great significance to achieve collision detection and optimization of hybrid structures.This article analyzes and collates domestic researching results and specific engineering cases in recent years,and combines exploration and application of BIM technology in Taiyuan Water Sports Center project with the aim to study the collision and optimization of BIM technology in hybrid structures.The research content is as follows:(1)Combining the characteristics of BIM technology,the author studies the basic theory of collision detection in virtual reality and fundamental logic of collision detection and explores virtual collision and related optimization in hybrid structures.Then the author compares and analyses the accuracy of virtual models in combination with specific engineering cases,and discusses the applicable fields of different accuracy models.(2)The author completes model construction in different aspects by applying different professional software based on BIM technology,and provide detailed design for the issues that each participant needs to solve in the engineering application.From the structure of steel,concrete and curtain wall,BIM technology is used to find problems in static collision detection,solve difficult issues in tedious construction of complex nodes,completion of techniques,and determination of coordinates stake out,etc.,thus achieving engineering optimization.(3)Through the use of BIM technology-related engineering progress software,virtual simulations are performed on steel structure lifting,construction schedule planning,site layout planning,and material tracking.Meanwhile,they explore the application of new technologies such as “BIM plus mobile network”.This paper explores the specific application of BIM technology in collision detection and engineering optimization in combination with specific engineering cases during the process of mixed structures constructing.This paper serves as the references for other similar projects. |
