HND company is a large-scale state-owned thermal power generation enterprise.Influenced by the traditional management concept of state-owned enterprises for a long time,the official departmentalism is relatively serious.The front-line employees have no career development plan combined with the characteristics of technology and skills,the promotion channel is not smooth,the promotion evaluation mechanism is unreasonable,there are unfair factors,and the promotion incentive effect is poor.This paper takes the promotion incentive of HND company’s front-line employees as the research object,through questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,combining theory with practice and other methods,comprehensively investigates and analyzes the main problems existing in the promotion incentive of HND company’s front-line employees,finds out the main causes of the promotion incentive problems of HND company’s front-line employees through analysis,and uses the double ladder mechanism theory,career plateau theory,and other methods Based on the classic theories of promotion incentive,such as the principle of fairness,this paper puts forward the multi-channel promotion incentive mechanism and the optimization scheme of integral system promotion assessment,so as to optimize and improve the promotion incentive mechanism of HND company’s front-line employees.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,the implementation difficulties are further analyzed,the solutions are studied,and the implementation steps and guarantee measures are formulated.The results show that the promotion incentive of HND company’s front-line employees has obviously failed to meet the promotion incentive needs of front-line employees.The optimization scheme proposed in thispaper can effectively solve the problems of unreasonable promotion assessment,unsmooth promotion channel and less promotion incentive,and has strong operability.Because the state-owned enterprises,especially the state-owned power generation enterprises,have high similarity in enterprise scale and enterprise management mode,the research results of this paper have strong promotion significance in state-owned power generation enterprises,and also have reference significance for other medium and large-scale enterprises.
