Design On Jinyun Mountain Nursing Home Based On The Concept Of Aging

With the arrival of the aging society,people’s demand for old-age care has gradually increased,from "depending on the old" and "providing for the old" to constantly pursuing a better life for the old.The traditional old-age care mode has been replaced by the new one,and the design concept and operation mode of the traditional old-age care home can no longer meet the emotional needs of the old.In this case,the new type of nursing home has gradually come into people’s vision.Different from the traditional nursing home,the design of the suitable aging nursing home caters to the living needs and aesthetic taste of the elderly,and pays attention to the behavior characteristics and spiritual needs of the elderly,which is the charm of the suitable aging nursing home.Jinyun Mountain of Chongqing city carries out the overall village reconstruction plan,which has unique natural environment and human resources,laying the foundation for the design of the nursing home.The purpose of this project is to explore the embodiment and application of the aging design concept in the design of Jinyun Mountain old-age home.It is eager to open up a quiet and elegant place under Jinyun Mountain,integrate the design ideas of Jinyun Mountain regional culture and modern aesthetics into the aging design concept,and create a new living space for the old-age home.The first chapter analyzes the research background,purpose,content and significance of the subject,and explores the research value of the aging homes.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the general situation of the development of the old-age homes,understands the concept of the suitable aging design,and explains the importance of the suitable aging concept to the design of the new-type old-age homes through case analysis.The third chapter summarizes the design method of Jinyun Mountain aging homes under the influence of regional culture.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the design ideas of this research,and the key points of the design process and the design of the aging care home.This topic deeply explores the embodiment of the concept of aging in the space design,and studies the design method of aging homes.At the same time,explore the Jinyun Mountain humanities,think about the expression of regionalculture and aesthetic ideas in the design of the aging homes,and provide theoretical analysis and design reference for the research of the aging homes under the influence of the aging ideas.
