| In recent years,due to the rapid development of state-owned enterprises in the globalized economy,and the increasing social responsibility of multinational corporations and host countries,the economic operation of state-owned enterprises in the offshore market has gradually become a hot topic of concern and controversy at home and abroad..As an important economy in China,state-owned enterprises have a special identity and nature.Their every move in overseas operations bears the responsibility of promoting the image of the country around the world.After achieving economic breakthroughs and technological breakthroughs,it is not a single job for state-owned enterprises to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities overseas.There are many constraints such as geopolitics,economic development,religion,law,and culture.For state-owned enterprises that are currently expanding in a globalized market,the risk of corporate social responsibility implementation is an unavoidable problem.This paper analyzes the current risks and constraints from the emergence and development of the concept of corporate social responsibility,the differences in cognition and practice between developing countries and developed countries,the status quo of state-owned enterprises’ overseas operations and fulfilling social responsibilities,and focuses on the East.The Dongfang electric group’s analysis in the Bosnia and Herzegovina project takes the main risks and constraints of state-owned enterprises’ overseas social responsibility behaviors,provides case examples for the future development of state-owned enterprises,and provides a reality for the development of China’s foreign relations and the globalization of state-owned state-owned enterprises.Case.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: First,the discussion on the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises in overseas operations is a study of international public relations issues and an urgent need for China to further improve its external work capabilities.Second,Incorporating the political factors,investment environment,economic development level,laws and regulations of the host country into the analysis,it has proposed a new scope and field for broadening the research on the globalization of state-owned enterprises.The shortcoming of this paper is that the real information of state-owned enterprises performing social responsibility overseas is relatively lacking,and it is impossible to make a comprehensive and accurate analysis of the actual situation of state-owned enterprises performing social responsibility overseas. |
