Research On State-owned Enterprise Social Responsibility From The Perspective Of Public Management

In recent years,China’s socialist market economic system has gradually improved,and the social influence of state-owned enterprises has been continuously improved.Under this background,China’s state-owned enterprises need to consciously fulfill their social responsibilities.In recent years,driven by the government and the public,the social responsibility of China’s state-owned enterprises has developed to a certain extent,but relevant theoretical research is still in the initial stage of exploration,and a mature theoretical framework has not yet been formed.At present,the research results of experts and scholars in related fields at home and abroad mainly focus on the relevant theoretical analysis and the research on the correlation between social responsibility and corporate performance.The research on social responsibility performance strategy is not enough,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of China’s state-owned enterprise social responsibility performance.This article takes China Railway Fifth Bureau as the research object,and mainly carries out research from the following points: First,it introduces the general situation of China Railway Fifth Bureau,analyzes the status quo of its social responsibility,and designs a specific questionnaire.And the actual development process of the questionnaire survey method was introduced.The purpose and basis of the survey and the recovery of the questionnaire were sorted out,and the characteristics of the survey sample were described.Second,based on the results of the survey,a systematic analysis of the problems and causes in the process of fulfilling social responsibility of the China Railway Fifth Bureau was conducted.Thirdly,in view of the lack of social responsibility of China Railway Fifth Bureau,from the aspects of actively accepting social supervision,improving the internal governance system of social responsibility,improving the social responsibility communication mechanism,and establishing the social responsibility indicator evaluation system,the countermeasures and suggestionsare pointed out.It is hoped that through the research in this paper,the state-owned enterprises represented by the China Railway Fifth Bureau can help improve the comprehensive level of fulfilling social responsibilities,help such enterprises to shape a good corporate image,and promote the sound development of China’s social undertakings.
