Research On The Influence Of Expressway Construction In Central Sichuan On County Economic Development

Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid economic development,but with the speeding up of urbanization construction and socialism in the new period for supply side structural reform of the economic structure,the development of county economy in China for overall economic structure adjustment and reform has played a key role,thus accelerate the development of county economy is increasingly important.In the overall development of county cities,a more remarkable feature is that the traffic construction of county cities is becoming more and more perfect,especially the construction of expressway.With the opening of expressway in county cities,it brings opportunities and challenges to the infrastructure and economic development of county cities.Therefore,selecting the expressway to study the influence of county economic development can provide scientific reference for the formulation of county economic policies and development strategies.This paper chooses the influence of expressway construction on the development of local county economy in central sichuan province as the object of study.Through theoretical research and case analysis,this paper discusses the influence of expressway construction on the development of county economy and the development rules between them.The main research of this paper are as follows.First,based on the in-depth analysis of the research status of expressway construction and county economic development at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively analyzes and summarizes the historical law of expressway construction and county economic development in sichuan province from the aspects of development economics,transportation economics and expressway economic attributes.In the analysis of the specific impact of the expressway on the county economy,mainly from the two aspects of transportation and economic development indicators analysis,detailed study of the impact on the county macro-economy,the impact on the county economic structure,the impact on the county road transportation industry and the impact on the county resources development four aspects.Second,the paper USES empirical analysis and regression method to quantitatively analyze the influence of expressway on county economic development.By analyzing the change of main indexes brought by expressway construction,a group of transportation variables,including freight volume,freight turnover,passenger volume and passenger turnover,are adopted to represent the relevant indexes of expressway.By analyzing these indexes,The expressway in central sichuan has a direct influence on the urbanization level of the county,nearly eight years The expressway in central sichuan(especially between county county)transportation infrastructure construction of rapid development,promote rapid improvement in central sichuan urbanization level,the economic activities to the population into urban and town gathered played an effective guide.Third,based on the conclusion drawn from the analysis of actual data and combined with the external environment and internal requirements of expressway development,five countermeasures were proposed from the perspectives of overall planning,business expansion,internal management and sustainable development,including: adapting to the needs of economic development in the new era,accelerating the construction of key projects;relying on expressway + tourism,explore diversified expressway + industry;strengthen personnel training,improve the level of operation and management;develop county characteristic economy with the help of expressway economic;belt strengthening expressway construction and sustainable development of county economy.The research of this paper can provide Suggestions for expressway planning and construction,and can also provide new ideas and directions for further promoting the development of central sichuan.
