Developing city,is advancing traffic.Traffic is the first officer of the development of the regional economy.At present,with the development of the times,strengthening infrastructure construction have become the consensus of all countries.Kazakhstan's "bright road",Japan's Shinkansen and so on have all become important strategic directions for the country.China is no exception,creating "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed railway network,and actively upgrading old lines is an important part of China's infrastructure construction.Chengkun multiple line is the decision under the strategic transportation plan of our country.At present,the construction of high speed rail has become the "main melody" of the transportation industry.It is necessary to discuss the relationship between the high speed railway construction and the regional economy in view of the current situation of "everywhere" in China's high speed rail project.The construction of Chengkun multiple line is the expansion and transformation of the existing lines.After completion,it will create a 7 hour traffic circle.Yuexi County,as a beneficiary city along the Chengkun complex line,is necessary to explore the impact of Chengkun's double track construction on it.Based on this background,the research on this topic is put forward.This paper adopts the logic research approach,mainly through the combination of theory with or without comparative method to carry out empirical analysis.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the impact of the economic development of Yuexi County before and after the opening of the Chengkun compound line,the effect of the Chengkun compound line on Yuexi county is clearly defined.This article is based on the review of literature and the analysis of the theoretical mechanism of the impact of high speed rail on the regional economy,which is based on the theoretical research to further study.Through the empirical study,it is found that the Chengkun compound line can greatly save the value of the travel time,in addition,it will help increase the density of passenger and freight traffic in Yuexi County,promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,increase the employment rate and raise the urbanization rate.It can be said that the opening of Chengkun multiple line has a positive impact on the economic growth of Yuexi County in the future.Then,according to the results of empirical research,it points out the opportunities brought by the Chengdu Kunming double line to Yuexi County.Yuexi county needs to seize the opportunity to actively build the major traffic rush in northern Liangshan,to develop cultural tourism,to create a Wenchang cultural tourism county and to strengthen the links between the urban groups along the line.At last,it puts forward the measures and attention problems that Yuexi county needs to carry out in order to effectively link Chengdu Kunming double line construction.It mainly includes adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure of Yuexi County through the input of innovative technology,strengthening the construction of supporting infrastructure and guarding against siphon effects,to realize the prosperity and development of the regional economy in Yuexi County.Through this study,we hope that Yuexi county can seize the opportunities brought by the construction of Chengkun multiple track.After the whole line is opened to traffic,the old line of Chengdu Kunming railway and the "double line and double station" pattern of Chengkun high-speed railway will be formed,which will facilitate the convenience of people travelling and transporting goods.It is of great significance to promote the economic development of Yuexi County.
