Cost Risk Management Of The Maintenance Project Of Aircraft Fuel Regulator APU

In the past planned economy system,the price of raw materials is controlled by the state,the state is the only investment body,the enterprise has no independent economic benefit,and the risk is borne by the state.Only in recent years,research on risk management has become a scientific research topic in academic circles,in the practice of large engineering projects,also more obvious effect is obtained.Due to the late start of management research in China,it has made great progress and development in project risk research.However,there is still a large gap between the application of theory and the international leading level.From 2002 to 2016,the total amount of China civil aviation maintenance market increased from 1 billion 190 million US dollars to about $6 billion 840 million,of which engine maintenance accounted for about 40% of the total,which accounted for about 20% of airline maintenance,aircraft overhaul and modification,accessories repair and refurbishment.This thesis HT subsidiary of the listed companies(aviation component maintenance company)in the APU fuel regulator maintenance project cost risk management,this paper reviewed the research status of risk management,introduces analysis related theory knowledge,after on the APU fuel regulator maintenance project cost risk identification,analysis,finally studied the project cost risk management measures and response.
