Project Cost Risk Analysis And Research On Construction Project Of Qingyun Company

In recent years,with the continuous development of the company and strategic planning adjustment,the change of national policy,construction project management is more and more standard,more and more is also high to the requirement of project management,project management personnel with professional knowledge and ability,also need to impose discipline project managers do.Construction project involves the construction unit,the general contractors,subcontractors,design unit,management unit,supervision unit,consultation,the existence question,to participate in the construction projects of various units need to face the risk of different,if you don't take measures in advance,for construction project can be completed on schedule will produce certain effect,not to forecast results.However,the risk prevention awareness of project management personnel is weak,and it is often caused by various uncertainties in the construction process that the project cost exceeds the budget.Therefore,to better manage the construction cost of construction,the risk management level must be strengthened.From the perspective of qingyun company(owner),this paper finds out the problems in the construction project of qingyun company by consulting the data of the construction project in the last 10 years.By questionnaire method,identify the main risk in each stage of the project cost,the planning phase of the main risk for investment estimation,design phase of the main risk to the environment and human risk,risk for the main risk of bill of quantities in the bidding stage,control price risk and risk of the terms of the contract,the construction phase of the main risk for design change,time limit for a project risk and risk of construction organization design,completion acceptance stage the main risk for data integrity and completion settlement audit risk,early form good corporate governance and effective internal control.Risk assessment index matrix method,is adopted to establish risk assessment standards and evaluation of risks in different stages of the construction project risk and their consequences,determine risk sorting,risk mapping,find the need to focus on the risk priority,data integrity,risk for the environment and the terms of the contract risks,take measures to reduce risk value.To qingyun shunyi first phase project as an example for empirical study,in the process of the whole life cycle,from the decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage to the completion inspection and acceptance stage of engineering cost management problems,made the effective countermeasures and solutions.
