| The manufacturing process instruction describes and determines the relevant elements of the manufacturing process,which directly affects the manufacturing quality of the product.In order to effectively prevent product manufacturing quality problems and optimize process design,it is required that during the process design stage,process failure mode and effects analysis(PFMEA)be carried out in accordance with the manufacturing process instructions to identify,evaluate,eliminate or control potential processes design failure mode.The standardized process instruction is the basis for carrying out potential process design failure mode analysis to ensure product manufacturing quality,and at the same time,it is also the basis for building an intelligent manufacturing process.Therefore,the research on process instruction standardization has important research significance in theory and engineering practice.The artificially prepared manufacturing process instructions are affected by subjective activities,and there are varying degrees of incompleteness,arbitrariness and ambiguity in the vocabulary and sentence structure,resulting in incomplete identification of potential process design failure modes.A standardized method for manufacturing process instructions based on the components of the process steps is proposed.The specific research work of the thesis is as follows:First,analyze and determine the specific content contained in the six components of the manufacturing process,including the environment,resources,input,value-added processing activities,quality inspection and control,and output,and the characteristics of the manufacturing process elements in the process.Corresponding to the process elements,the parameter types of the process elements contained in the components of each process step are determined.Based on the manufacturing process elements,a standardized model of process instructions based on the components of the process step is proposed.Secondly,based on the types of process elements contained in the content of the process components of each process step,a text library of process instruction mining based on process components is constructed through natural language processing technology and data mining methods.The FP-Growth data mining method is used to each step process components instruction mining text library performs data scanning,and then obtains the typical sentence expression method of the process step components instruction,and further extracts the normative universal expression requirements of the manufacturing process step components.Then,in combination with the standardized requirements and characteristics of technical instructions put forward by technical personnel in engineering applications,a standardized quality evaluation index system is constructed from the two dimensions of content and expression for the quality of the standardized instructions,using Triangular Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(TFAHP)determines the index weights at all levels,and combines the TFAHP method with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a quantitative model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of process instructions.Finally,the research results are applied to the standardization of the assembly process instruction of a certain type of aircraft,and the results of the application research verify the effectiveness and applicability of the method.The research results of the thesis can guide the formulation of standardized writing standards for process instructions to ensure the quality of process instructions,and lay the foundation for effectively carrying out PFMEA,optimizing process design and quality control of manufacturing processes. |
